Where to start, first off the people themselves are great, but no room to negotiate and I definitely overpaid for the truck. Second there were issues that were not resolved, I was told the oil was chan great, but no room to negotiate and I definitely overpaid for the truck. Second there were issues that were not resolved, I was told the oil was changed two months ago and it was black with only about 40 or so miles added to it before I took possession. They basically reset the oil life on the dash and didn’t change the oil. The xxx point inspection they say they do is garbage, the day I got the truck I went through fluids and filters and I was disgusted. Air filter was most likely the original filter and was black and clogged. Wish I could add that pic. Oil as stated above needed to be changed and was not, coolant needed to be topped off, windshield wiper fluid was low, etc etc. I told them I wanted a full tank of fuel as well and they didn’t even do that. Beyond disappointing. Love the truck but anything inspection/servicing from that place is garbage. I probably paid about 5 grand above what I should have. So the reasoning for three stars is the lack of dropping the price, lack of proper service/maintenance, issues that needed to be fixed prior to me even seeing it and honestly not even putting 30 bucks as a courtesy in to top off the fuel for the 40k I just paid you. I will say the salesman after the fact and after I took it home did offer to pay out of his pocket but I told him that’s not necessary now. The manager was a great person to deal with as well. So the 3 stars go to the manager and salesman. They were great. More

I ask them to repair the tailgate of my truck, I left the warranty letter so that they would preform the work. But stated that I was not interested in having it repaired.
