I feel tricked. Upon my original’s inspection, my vehicle was diagnosed with a transmission module problem. I asked the service engineer if he was sure that the modu Upon my original’s inspection, my vehicle was diagnosed with a transmission module problem. I asked the service engineer if he was sure that the module was the only problem with the transmission. When driving my car, I could tell there was an issue with my clutch, But I was told that the transmission module was the only problem . I went to six months waiting for the transmission module to arrive at the store while also continuing to damage my clutch even more, so once my module was replaced my vehicle continued to malfunction when I could have gotten my clutch fixed months ago, as opposed to being informed once my transmission module was fixed. I feel tricked because I was slapped with an extra $3600 estimate for clutch repair(which is an accurate estimate) when I could have gotten my vehicle(the clutch) serviced months ago before the clutch continued to become more damaged. More

I’m eating this service a 2 star because all of my fluids were not checked and topped off. I paid extra for the multipoint inspection and was not given the service I paid for.
