Connor did not listen to what I told him were the problems. My main reason for coming was my tire pressure sensor indicated the same tire and came on every time the car was on, even when the display problems. He 'fixed' that by putting air in my tires over the amount required. 37 and 38 rather than 33. I told him my radio speakers were scratchy and I had tried to just have the sound come from the speakers that were better. I specifically told him this bc I thought he might think it was unusual to have them set like that. When I picked up the car, he had originally written that I said the front speakers were going out and reported that by turning them back to center they were fine. They are not fine. I made an appt and then was on time at 7am. At nearly 2pm, I called bc I hadn't heard anything. Approximately 45 min later I got a text that my car was ready. The only reason I rated them a 2 and not a 1 was that they didn't charge me anything. More
