Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely appreciate your business and want to address your concerns directly. We are currently in the middle of a multi-million-dollar remodel to create a state-of-the-art facility for our Hyundai customers. In the meantime, we understand that sitting in temporary trailers is not the most comfortable experience. We chose this arrangement intentionally, as we did not think it would be pleasant to conduct service or sales discussions while toilets flushed and other restroom activity occurred nearby. We know it’s an inconvenience, and we thank you for your patience while we transform our store. Regarding coupons, our policy is one coupon per customer, per service, which is clearly stated on our website, on repair orders, and throughout our store. In the past, we had a manager who was very lenient in “finding” extra coupons for customers, and you may have benefited from that. However, we now apply the policy consistently and cannot honor multiple or replacement coupons. As for the credit card processing fee, this is a standard charge disclosed at the time of service. It helps us offset the rising costs imposed by the card processing companies. This has been posted and in effect since 2023, which speaks to why the issue with this, you probably haven’t frequented the store since then, so you are unaware. This is the same time that our manager was allowing multiple coupons, which makes everything come together. We appreciate you choosing Tamiami Hyundai, and while we regret any frustration caused, we do hope you’ll understand the reasons behind these policies and the temporary inconvenience during our remodel. Once the new facility is complete, we are confident you’ll find the experience worth the wait.
