When I called to check if my car was ready, it took all day just to get in touch with someone. If I did reach someone at the dealership, I was transferred around with no real help. Several people told me they would call me back, but that never happened. The only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 1 is because of Linda Midlam. She was great when I finally spoke with her, very helpful and doing her best to assist me. Linda is the only positive part of my experience. Without her, I would have given only 1 star. More
