Founded in 1973 by Arlie Zellers Tamiami Ford built a reputation for outstanding service and sales in Naples and throughout Florida. Our specialty over the years has been pre-owned vehicle sales, no other retailer in Collier County has sold more pre-owned vehicles over the years! In 2008, Tamiami purchased the Hyundai franchise from the O’Brien organization. The Zellers family and our staff are very proud to be associated with these two outstanding franchises. I’d give this dealership an EXCEPTIONAL rating if it wasn’t for what happened at arrival. I pulled up to the closest line in the drive, and to just before the service desk. There were 3 service men stan wasn’t for what happened at arrival. I pulled up to the closest line in the drive, and to just before the service desk. There were 3 service men standing there and not one made a move to greet me. Then it took them a minute to ask why I was there. I felt like I came to the wrong place. I was instructed to go to the waiting room. No one moved to either tell me which door or direction until I asked. The car sales person knew how to greet and interact with me while I was waiting for the service. Maybe the service people need a refresher on how to greet people and welcome them into your business. More
