We were out car shopping and decided to check out the GV80 Genesis. We stop at this dealership and was greeted by Dean. He was super helpful in trying to figure out what my wife wanted in a new car. We did not feel pressure to buy like many other times at dealership. After an hour of looking and debating with my wife, we decided to buy a different brand. Dean took the news with a smile and was happy for us even though we didn’t buy from him. If you go to Tamiami Genesis I would highly recommend Dean to help you! More

I purchased a vehicle a couple of years ago from this dealership and the transaction was made perfectly. The Porche I purchased a few weeks ago had a faulty speaker and it was agreed before finalizing th dealership and the transaction was made perfectly. The plan was that prior to me collecting the vehicle, it would be taken to a specialist audio shop the following day. I was informed that a speaker was on order and that I could take the vehicle and they would call me when they had the speaker. After a couple of weeks I called Brian and he said he would get back to me. I never received a call back so I called back and actually spoke with a manager. The manager assured me that he would look into this and get back to me. The following day I received a text from Brian ( no sir name provided). Brian has been communicating well but informed me that the speaker was never ordered!! He said that I needed to bring the car in so he could look at the speaker and order the correct part. I arrived at the dealership at the time agreed but Michael could not be there but he had informed other managers that I would be there. No one was there when I arrived! This sage continues!!! No resolution!!! There is much more- the car was not detailed and virtually no gas! More
