After arriving 15 minutes late (it took me 1 hr and 15 min to get there from Ave Maria) I expected to be greeted with "your late so you'll have to wait until we can fit you in". Instead, I was greeted with smiles and told not to worry! They inspected my car and found 2 other items that needed to be addressed along with the oil change. The service dept texted me asking for approval to fix the 2 other items found during the inspection.....I had no idea that was how the communication would work. I happened to look at my phone while waiting and saw the text so proceeded to approve the 2 additional items so I thought all was good but I apparently did not sign the approval. When the car was finished and I was checking out the 2 additional items were not done because I didn't approve them. Anyway, they took my car back and fixed the 2 additional items and sent me on my way. As I was getting ready to leave here comes Alejandra Quintana with my phone I had left at the service desk. Alejandra Quintana was a joy to work with and thank you for an overall great experience! Just a suggestion on your communication process: I admit that I can be "phone challenged" at times but since I was waiting on site maybe someone could have come in and asked for my approval in person.
