Don Mailloux was the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. This is the 4th time I purchased a vehicle at Tasca, and while I have always had excellent service, my husband and I agreed that Don was the absolute best. He was patient ,professional, honest, clear, thorough and went above and beyond. We felt like we made a lifelong friend. Ryan Haxton in the finance department was also an amazing, obtaining a loan for me making sure I got the best deal and that I understood everything. It was such a pleasure to talk with him. Not to mention the sweet lady who made me a chicken salad sandwich that was on the house!! I will always recommend Tasca to everyone I know. Great service and a lot of laughs My husband and I went to Tasca and when we got there we were guided to Lou and I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable car experiences we have My husband and I went to Tasca and when we got there we were guided to Lou and I have to say it was one of the most enjoyable car experiences we have ever had!! The car that my husband wanted to see wasn't there so Lou took us out to the Lot and walked with us, letting us test drive whatever we wanted and I have to say the test drive was all about us, our thoughts and needs along with a lot of laughs. I have been married to my husband for 30 years and he has never bought a car the same day but that day we did. Lou was patient, informative and just an all around great guy. Our plan is to bring our daughter back to see Lou when she is ready to get a new car !! More

When I visited sales totally disappointed. I find it sad when I got to sales I got a cup of coffee and it was twenty minutes before anyone asked if they could help me. When I gave my request to the sales manager I was told he had a meeting and he would get back to me,well 500 pm I finally got my information. So sad that internal tasca business is more important than dealing with a customer especially when there were four other sales people in the room. Took all day to get pricing and I never was offered to look at the cars. My time is valuable to me but I find it sad I have to do business in your time frame at Tasca but then again if you all are so busy and independent that you lose a customer every now and then it doesn't matter. More
