Accommodating with a Custom Order Volvo Both Greg and Water were absolutely amazing to work with. Accommodating and exceptionally knowledgeable. We went into Tasca Volvo to learn more about the SUV line and discuss a few options we were considering. We test drove multiple cars to get a feel for how they drove and looked at many others for color and options. Having a team so knowledgeable on the Volvo brand was incredibly helpful when comparing so many different options. Greg was even able to provide details such as how the manufacturing process made Denim Blue in the XC60 harder to find, my desired color. In the end, thanks to the help of Walter and Greg, we decided on a custom ordered Volvo XC60 Inscription lease. I was not willing to compromise on a few options, including color, which led to a challenge. The options I wanted in the color I wanted was no longer available in the 2018 model year and 2019's were not being built yet. This presented a timing challenge with my current lease expiring in only a couple of months. Walter and subsequently Tasca Volvo worked with me to resolve this challenge. Long story short, I got the vehicle I wanted even against the challenge of time thanks to the great people and customer service at Tasca. More
Quick and efficient My oil needed to be changed and my tire kept losing air. It was recommended I go to Tasca's quick lane service. Thank You John Stone! My 88 yr old mother refuses to fly, so I drove my Mom and 2 sisters from VA Bch to Cranston RI for my 92 yr old Uncle's funeral. Late Wed night wh My 88 yr old mother refuses to fly, so I drove my Mom and 2 sisters from VA Bch to Cranston RI for my 92 yr old Uncle's funeral. Late Wed night while returning to the Hotel, we noted a "clunking" noise coming from the front of my 2015 Ford Explorer. It was 10 pm and our 500 mile ride home was starting early the next morning. I did not THINK it was serious but after sleeping less than restfully all night , I knew I could not take a chance with family in the car. I met John Stone 7am Sept 20 Thursday. I explained my predicament, and he was immediately responsive. Courteous, polite, engaging and most importantly effective. Before I stepped away from the counter, one of the mechanics Alan came from the back to test drive it with me. He heard the noise, speculated it was my a strut mount and immediately put it up on a lift. Of course he was right and assured me it would not be life threatening for our ride home. I was en route back to the hotel and my family in less than 30 minutes. It may have seemed like business as usual for John and Alan, but it lifted the weight of the world off my shoulders. I know that Tasca has enjoyed a solid reputation in the community for many years. From my point of view, well deserved!
