Recently I drove my friend up to Rhode Island to pick up her new Mazda. She had thoroughly researched and then purchased a Tasca Automotive Group Mazda CX-5. As I can attest, the buying process was flawles her new Mazda. She had thoroughly researched and then purchased a Tasca Automotive Group Mazda CX-5. As I can attest, the buying process was flawless for her. Before the four hour drive up, we called ahead- stating we would be late due to NY Metro traffic. We were greeted with a response putting us completely at ease. “Relax, no worries- we will wait for you. ” replied Don. When we finally did arrive- we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff- And then we were graciously shown all the Tasca family Ford Racing heritage- Race cars included! All tastefully spread throughout the Dealership. The Salesperson – Don and the Finance Manager- step by step- explained to my friend all the items on her sales contract along with the inner workings of her new vehicle’s navigation, Smart phone app’s etc. They even recommended local restaurants- knowing our drive home would be long… In and out in about an hour! I brought my 2017 Fusion in for service, and had been set up in the "Quick Lane" area. Chris realized that this was not appropriate and immediately arranged for my service to be performed in the regular ser up in the "Quick Lane" area. He also recommended 2 service procedures as my car was approaching 100,000 miles. All service was completed by 10:30. Excellent all around service. More

I am updating my original 5 star review to a 1. I was so exceptionally happy with the patience and kindness of both the salesman (Devin) and (Rob) finance man at this location. However, the after sale custo exceptionally happy with the patience and kindness of both the salesman (Devin) and (Rob) finance man at this location. However, the after sale customer service has been NOT so stellar. I will only give back the great review if my email tomorrow is answered (previous ones were not) and if I get help with the nightmare extended warranty issues. The 2014 Jeep purchased in 2018 is a lemon. :o/ More
