2014 Durango I went to Taylor Dodge on a whim to look at a few used SUVs and trade in my car. I ended up with a brand new Dodge Durango (fully loaded with things I didn't even know could go in a car!) for less than the used ones I was looking at! Chad Milliron was my salesman - he was amazing! Nice, honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and up-front. He made the trade-in/buying experience a breeze! Jamie Sykes was the finance guy - also a stand-up guy! The whole team was great from the moment we walked in - everyone we saw stopped and asked us if we had been helped and if we needed coffee/water. The way everyone was so helpful and attentive made this a very minor set back. At a dealership you are always trying to find a deal and they of course need to make some money. While I can't say enough good things about the sales person I dealt with the whole experience "left a bad taset in my mouth". It doesn't have to take over 7 hours to buy a car and Taylor's is the only dealership I've ever dealt with that's like this, whether it be a Ford, Chevy, or other Chrysler dealers. There's just too much running back and forth with this offer and that one. I tried to buy a 2003 PT Cruiser from Taylor's and got disgusted with the time it was taking. I drove down to Watseka and bought my PT Cruiser in less than 20 minutes. I told the salesman what vehicle I was interested in, he evaluated my trade in, and he made me an offer. He ran the numbers and wrote the price on a little post it note and pushed it across the desk to me and said, "That's what I have to have to sell you that car. I have to eat, too, and it's the very best I can do for you on this car". I looked at the figure and it was $5,000 less than what Taylor's price was for almost the exact same vehicle. I jumped on that deal! Now, why can't you people at Taylor's make buying a car that easy and pleasurable? I liked the car, I liked the salesman, and I think I might have got a fair price but you people wasted my time and that really pissed me off. I almost walked and said, "To xxxx with Taylor's" The ONLY reason I bought from Taylor's is beczuse of the salesman. If it weren't for him I would have walked. There's other Jeep dealers out there and you people have a long way to go to match them when it comes to selling a car. The sales staff is wonderful but they have to work within a system they have no control over. It's the management that "sucks". More

I called Kevin Emling about 3 weeks ago and told him my specifications in a specific car I wanted and my budget , he worked diligently and kept constant communication with me on his progress. Kevin not only found the car but a pretty unique one at that. When I came in to pick up the car ,I met with Jamie Sykes to go over the financing and the whole financing process was explained to me thoroughly page by page. While I was waiting for my car to be brought up front Jim Croswell came over and talked with me , thanked me for purchasing a vehicle with them and asked if I had any questions he could answer. This was to be my car, so my husband just sort of stood back and le My husband and I went into Taylor Chrysler Dodge to look at Jeep Grand Cherokees. This was to be my car, so my husband just sort of stood back and let me look. I'm not easy on sales people. I don't want to be hassled, followed around, or pestered in anyway. We walked in and Aaron asked if he could help us. I told him we were looking at Grand Cherokees and we looked at one that was on that show room floor. He told us that was a very expensive Grand Cherokee and that it had a big motor and the sports package. I told him that I did not need a big motor and I didn't need the sports package. He asked me if I wanted all of the bells and whistles and I told him of course I did. He said that he thought he had the perfect Jeep for me. He went out onto the lot and pulled up to the front door with a beautiful Grand Cherokee with all the bells and whistles. We took it for a test ride and Aaron sure read me right. He had picked the perfect Jeep for me. Aaron made the rest of the buying process very easy for us. I would highly recommend Aaron Hendershot to anyone wanting to buy a car.
