I submitted my internet quote request for a Ford Fusion on a Friday night. Was contacted via email that same night, and then contacted again the next day via phone by the Internet Sales Manager, a salesper on a Friday night. Three days later I test drove a Fusion. I was so pleased with the car that I asked my salesman, John Mann, to locate a Fusion with a 6-speed manual transmission. John searched diligently to find one, and then went the EXTRA distance to locate one in Tuxedo Black. The VERY next day I was driving off their lot with my brand new 2011 Fusion in Tuxedo Black. My experience at Taylor Ford exceeded my every expectation! More

I had terrible experiences at 3 other dealerships before finding Taylor Ford. I wanted a stick and had searched on AutoTrader.com and was following up on the cars that had come up on the list. I called to see if they had an 07' Focus they had listed on the site and Brent went out and checked for me (rather than just saying yes and me showing up with it not there). Once I got there Brent was awesome. The car was ready to test drive, had a fantastic warranty, and they were willing to work with me on price.
