Mr. Horger was fantastic. After receiving our on-line information he called us within 5 minutes. We explained what we wanted and he was happy to oblige without using the old salesman pitch we have recei information he called us within 5 minutes. We initially went to another Ford dealer who seemed not to want to help us at all and informed us that "they could not make any money off of the vehicle" if he sold it to us for the price we wanted to pay. Lou, on the other hand, was a receptive listener, explaining issues to our satisfaction. At the time of pick-up he was professional in his demeanor and should be highly commended as an asset to Taylor Ford. We hope your Service Department is just as fine. In the future we will definitely do business with Taylor Ford as we are already telling others about our fine experience with Lou. More

John Mann is a great salesperson -- he had to jump through a few hoops for me to finalize my lease -- but by the end of the day I was driving my new 2012 Ford Focus! I had went to Fairlane Ford the d through a few hoops for me to finalize my lease -- but by the end of the day I was driving my new 2012 Ford Focus! I had went to Fairlane Ford the day before and delt with a salesperson there -- he was enthusiastic, but he also repeatedly told me that only a limited selection of vehicles were available in the area, as they were popular and in short supply. Mr. Mann assured my family that Taylor Ford had a wide selection of the vehicle model I was interested in, and hooked me up with an amazing 'Blue Candy' color -- after I was sure I would be 'stuck' with the white or silver color that Fairlane Ford had offered me the previous day, which I was totally not happy with. I wish to thank the entire staff of Taylor Ford, including the finance person whose name I can't recall at the moment for making my experience there plesant and positive. Previously, I had been a Krug Lincoln/Mercury customer for over 20 years and remained loyal to my salesman there (Joe (whose last name I cannot recall either at the moment)) because he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied -- he even personally drove me home when I took in my vehicle for servicing and a shuttle wasn't available! Your salesperson John Mann has that same, down-to-earth, let's get you what you need attitude, and I want to let you know our family appreciates it! THANK YOU!! More

I was looking to turn in my old Flex because another dealer sent a letter saying it was worth a lot more than I had thought. That dealer was having a hard time giving me a quote and I was going to retur dealer sent a letter saying it was worth a lot more than I had thought. My husband and I purchased a Ford Taurus on Sept. 19th, 2012 and could not be happier with our transaction. If "word of mouth" is the best form of advertisement, we'd like to shout it from the rooftop that 2012 and could not be happier with our transaction. If "word of mouth" is the best form of advertisement, we'd like to shout it from the rooftop that Taylor Ford is by far the best dealership we've ever had the pleasure of working with in securing a vehicle. Buying a vehicle is a big investment in this challenging economy and Mike Swiderski was willing to deal and work with us (with no high pressure) in achieving our goal. We had been to six other Ford dealserships to compare prices, test drive and speak with sales reps but Taylor Ford beat all prices, had the friendliest staff and the best service we've encountered. Once the price and terms were agreed upon, we had to finalize our paperwork and Cindy Roy (the business mgr) was a pleasure to work with. She was personable, orgazized and made us feel completely at ease through this final process. Our buying experience was perfect from start to finish and the team we worked with went above and beyond our expectations to make our transaction an easy and comfortable experience. There are many dealerships to patronize in metro Detroit, but because of Taylor Ford's exceptional 5 star service, we will choose to deal with them from this point on, as well as highly recommend them to our family, friends and neighbors.
