Bought my KIA EV6 in May 2022 for $42000 sticker price n got out for $68,000. Way too much for just EV6 light Wind.I just need a car that day n not knowing price way too much. Car had a recall and when I tried to trade in after a month for KIA, they don't want to negotiate and don't want to give me my rebate of $300 for military discount. And when I took my car to get recall fixed, I got charged $190 for diagnostic fee. Not only bad service, bad customer service, greedy people and all want to make money out of me. Don't ever buy in KIA EL CAJON. More
Was thinking of going and looking at a new car. After talking with my friend that just bought a BMW from them I changed my mind. They where shaddy to say the least. Do not go to this location. My granddaughter found a used car on the website and we drove to this dealership to view and drive it. After driving and completing the application, it took over an hour before her “closer” came to speak w drove to this dealership to view and drive it. After driving and completing the application, it took over an hour before her “closer” came to speak with us. The price he quoted was almost 12K more than the Internet price. He justified the pricing as additional “dealer installed” accessories and extended warranty. We were looking at a certified so as to stay in her budget ( not to have to buy a warranty). He then offered to discount the garbage accessories down to just under $5000. We later found the car on their website for $500 less than originally advertised…which would have made the deal. This place was horrible BTW Samantha was super. Management not even close More
I stopped in to Kia of El Cajon to get quote for selling tbem my used Forte. Sold my Truck to team Kia of El Cajon on April 2nd. They needed to pay off loan balance and myself . Had a large amount of equity in the vehicle. The sales manager told me I would receive payment within 3 b needed to pay off loan balance and myself . Had a large amount of equity in the vehicle. The sales manager told me I would receive payment within 3 business days. Weeks went by with no payment and finally was paid on April 27th. They told me the reason it took so long was because they had to have the title before I could be paid. 5 days after they paid me I received a parking ticket for the vehicle. It was issued in La Jolla on April 20th. How is my truck in La Jolla getting parking tickets when I sold it to a dealer in El Cajon that had no legal right or sell the vehicle without a title . A lot of lies being told at this car dealership. I will be calling an attorney on Monday . Hope they can prove my truck wasn't sold before I was paid. Believe this is called theft. More
COVID ALERT SERVICE DEPARTMENT... THEY DO NOT SANITIZE OR CLEAN THEIR VEHICLES!!! I purchased my vehicle on March 22, 2021 shortly after on April 1st 2021 I had to take my vehicle in due to an oil leak! B CLEAN THEIR VEHICLES!!! I purchased my vehicle on March 22, 2021 shortly after on April 1st 2021 I had to take my vehicle in due to an oil leak! Before arriving to the dealership it started over heating.... the check engine light came on and the car started over heating! Almost 3 weeks on 04/22/2021 it was finally ready SO I THOUGHT... BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! The back driver side bumper was bumped/hit and left a black mark across the back!! The passenger side of the bumper looks as though it was bumped/ detached and came loose leaving noticeable scratches and marks on bumper! The hood of the car was badly scratched as though they used it as a working area! CRAZY these people are so sloppy!!!!! The passenger door, when fully extended makes a creaking sound as though someone had the door open and bumped it with forcefully out therefore damaging the door. The back driver tire is missing an air cap! The car I purchased and had only 1 week and 3 days in no way resembled the car I seen today! ALSO I HAD IT 1 WEEK AND 3 DAY AND THEY TRIED TO GIVE IT BACK IN SUCH DIRTY DISGUSTING CONDITION! THEY HAD IT 2 WEEKS AND 6 DAYS!!!!! ALMOST 3 WEEKS!!!!BIRD POOP AND ALL.. IMAGIN HOW MANY PEOPLE TOUCHED IT AND THEY DIDNT EVEN SANITIZE IT!! More

The first salesman who actually admitted to me he "didn't really know much about these cars, but let's go make a deal inside"? The manager and his cronies who played the wait and bait game making me late for Valentines lunch with my GRANDMA! Oh, and then dared to say I was lying about lunch with my grandma in order to try and make me stay to take the ABSURD deal. How in the love of the universe are these people still in business??? I am shocked. Lying, scheming, sexist, shall I go on? More
