Serpitine belt broke and disabled my F-350 I was greeted by Jim N. who was very courteous and efficient. Got my truck in and serviced in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, the technician did not catch the fact that the belt had frayed and damaged the power steering pump. I picked up the truck and drove a couple of miles and lost powering steering and power brakes. Called Jim and he got the truck in right away and after a couple of days it was fixed and has been working just fine. Jim was prompt and responsive. Very pleased with Jim N. and overall service level. More
