Eric – thank you for the feedback, it does not go unheard. Due to the growth in our business over the last year we have seen our inbound calls multiply tenfold. Our quickest resolution was using the best Minnesota based call center company that many large, multi-store dealer groups and individual Minnesota stores use - hoping this would best serve our high call volume and in person customers. It was effective for about 80% of our customers but we were not happy with just 80%. In the interest of customer satisfaction we have recently taken our scheduling in house during business hours. All of our customers can now call our service department during business hours and speak with a scheduler that offices right in our service drive. Please call and talk to Brian, the scheduling manager, and let us know if you like the experience. So far we have gotten great responses from our customers! If you would like to discuss this issue further please contact the service manager Craig Schaefer.
