Great personal service. I have full confidence in Tenvorde service center. One day my low tire light came on while driving to St Cloud. I stopped in & they filled my air & ch I have full confidence in Tenvorde service center. One day my low tire light came on while driving to St Cloud. Frustrating experience. 120,000 maintenance check. Numerous items needed work. They needed to order parts. Left my car with them 4 days and still not done. Got a loaner car f 120,000 maintenance check. Numerous items needed work. They needed to order parts. Left my car with them 4 days and still not done. Got a loaner car for another 3 days. When pick it up notice tires were not rotated even though they said it was done. I was able to prove they didn’t. Manager apologized and took some money off the bill. More

Frequent repairs In the past year I've had to have frequent repairs, on my vehicle, but after ever visit they recommend some 1000$+ fix. 5 months after getting my brea In the past year I've had to have frequent repairs, on my vehicle, but after ever visit they recommend some 1000$+ fix. 5 months after getting my breaks & AC replaced for 1600 the block cracks and I'm out another 2000, 3 months later the clutch is going out for another 1600, but not to worry they also found another 400$ repair while they were at it to bring my total to an even 2000. I'm a full time college student and I've had to pay more in car repairs to this dealership than I have for tuition and textbooks. Don't make my mistakes, go somewhere else. More

A friend had told us about the “oldest ford dealership” & instantly we were intrigued We traveled all the way from ND looking for the perfect vehicle. A friend had told us about the “oldest ford dealership” & instantly we were intrigued. We were met at the door by a smiling face & an eager to please attitude. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesman, especially when you get pickled green beans. Darin sat us in the car and walked through everything it was equipped with.
