Barry and I looked up the right size for my car and went back and compared treads and tire quality. He wasn't trying to push the most expensive on me, he helped me decide what tires were best. I got an alignment also, along with the regular oil change and protection service that was due. I must say, my car looked great and drove better than it has in a while on the way home. I don't know the names of the service or detail people that work on my car, but I've always had outstanding service. That's why I take the extra time and drive the extra miles to Tenvoorde. More

Oil change I arrived 20 minutes early for an oil change. After waiting an hr. and 20 minutes (it was actually 1 hr. and 40 minutes) I saw my car moved to the pic I arrived 20 minutes early for an oil change. After waiting an hr. and 20 minutes (it was actually 1 hr. and 40 minutes) I saw my car moved to the pickup area. I sat for another 20 minutes waiting to be called to get my car. I finally went to the pickup area only to see everyone talking and not working with anyone. A man asked if I needed help and I told him I wanted to know if my car was done or not. He then asked who was helping me and I told him but didn't see Mike in the drop off area at the time. Mike then came in with another gentleman and was told I was waiting to get my car. I told Mike that I saw my car out there 20 minutes ago...he stated that they had been very busy. I have previously had very good service. I was somewhat disappointed this time as my time is valuable also. Thank you More
