Been a loyal customer of theirs for years. Truck sat for 3 weeks without being repaired. (Recall) They wanted it an additional 3 weeks. They left my truck unlocked, personal items were stolen and i was told 3 weeks without being repaired. (Recall) They wanted it an additional 3 weeks. The dealership is amazing to work with. I just had my oil change at the quick service department and they were able to tell me how to use my Ford points, I ended up getting a free oil change.
