We already had submitted prior reviews stating our issue of requesting a service and then charging us for a different one. Had a recall for over a year and never contacted us the part had been in. Then we of requesting a service and then charging us for a different one. Had a recall for over a year and never contacted us the part had been in. Then we used the pick up/drop off service, took all day and we had to make multiple calls to try and ensure we had a ride back to get our car. Service had fallen off. Some are very nice and helpful, other are condescending, almost insulting to our intelligence and rude. Done with Tenvoorde service and because of that, moving forward I will now buy all future Ford's from another Ford dealer. More

What I have learned about this Dealer’s Service Center is they are not proactive only reactive. They don’t do enough to make sure your vehicle is 100% mechanically correct. Must return at a different time they are not proactive only reactive. They don’t do enough to make sure your vehicle is 100% mechanically correct. Must return at a different time for each issue.
