The Autobarn Volkswagen of Countryside responded privately on 11/14/22 9:52 AM Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. Since we do not use BOTs or auto responders, we were very surprised to see these comments. We would like to look into this further, but without some way to identify your inquiry we are unable to do so. We did search for inquiries with the first name Fred, but there have not been any within the past 2 weeks. It is not uncommon for individuals that are shopping multiple dealers to mistake one for the other so perhaps that is what happened here. We also occasionally hear that some of our emails are directed to spam or junk folders, so it's possible our responses are in one of those files. Either way, we would like to resolve this confusion and would be grateful if you could call us directly at 708-354-6600, or respond with the name, phone or email you used when you contacted us so we can see what happened. Thanks again, and we look forward to hearing from you.
