Oil change Your serve department is the best. Since Ford used to have a slogan Ford has a better idea why haven’t Ford step forward with this. With a lot of peop Your serve department is the best. With a lot of people putting cameras in their windshield why not have a USB port or 12V port available to plug into the back of the rearview mirror. We just want to make sure when we bring our trucks up there the work we are paying for is being performed Service representative Jalie was very nice. We just want to make sure when we bring our trucks up there the work we are paying for is being performed. When we picked up the truck a gentleman not Jalie, asked if I wanted the truck washed and I said sure, the truck was brought around within a few minutes and they called my name but never washed the truck for me. I did not want to take up anymore time so I left. I would hope after oil changes the underneath would be wiped clean of any old dripping oil and I think it would be customary to wash each vehicle, thank you More
