Three County Volkswagen, a premier VW dealership in Northern New Jersey has been in business for over 50 years. Our NJ Volkswagen dealership has been selling and servicing VW's and used cars in Essex, Bergen, Hudson & Passaic counties since 1965. We have always been family owned and are on our second generation of the Volkswagen dealership. Robert Senior was the original owner and Scott Senior is now running the business. At Three County VW, we pride ourselves on our very low employee turnover rate. We like our customers to always have a friendly face they recognize when they walk in the door. Three County Volkswagen believes in being active in the community. We have sponsored the July 4th celebration in Rutherford since 2004, as well as participated and sponsored various other community events. Some of the highlights of our community involvement have been sponsoring Lyndhurst Music under the Stars night as well as Lyndhurst High School.

Arrived bc tire pressure light would come on intermittently. Also was informed vehicle needed software update - seatbelt. Was told passenger rear tire had a nail. Perplexed, bc thought driver f intermittently. Also was informed vehicle needed software update - seatbelt. Was told passenger rear tire had a nail. Perplexed, bc thought driver front tire had bubble. Another check (tires) and then it was confirmed about bubble (apology offered). Requested loaner bc car would be unsafe to drive after agent and I conversed about what to do. Waited for tires (2) for vehicle - nearly 2 weeks (May 29 - Jun 10). Contacted dealership for update bc of duration and was informed about delay. Vehicle had not been washed at all. According to agent, due to Covid-19 no longer offered - would be at customer's request. In the end, just happy to have car back. More

Although the showroom or the facility is not huge or big in area , the service is very good. Greg was very attentive, ask me of my concern and kept me informed. Terrible. My car was there for a week just to change the air conditioning. Part came in on Friday and had to wait until Tuesday to get.
