Service Department is Awful! I dropped off my car for a minor service and was told it would be ready at end of the day. After three days and no word from Service Department I was I dropped off my car for a minor service and was told it would be ready at end of the day. After three days and no word from Service Department I was told that it had not even been worked on yet. I tried each day to call and each time was either placed on hold or transferred to generic voicemail. It is impossible to even get in touch with a service representative to see what is going on. This is the worst service experience I have ever had at any dealership. More

I spoke to John on the phone and he went through the condition of the car, and sent a video follow up. We made a conditional deal over the phone. I live in the West and flew out to review the car and complete the purchase. John offered to pick me up a the airport and take me to the dealership. It was great customer service. Not a trustworthy company I purchased a vehicle almost 7 months ago. They sold me a 2012 Chevy Malibu and said it was pre-owned certifies. Since I had it I had nothing but susp I purchased a vehicle almost 7 months ago. They sold me a 2012 Chevy Malibu and said it was pre-owned certifies. Since I had it I had nothing but suspension issues with it and now my coolant is leaking. Brakes are warped. They first told me my brakes was messed up. Until they found out my warranty covered the brake systems. They didn’t want to fix them. So when I went back to get them fixed. They said they were new. I have the paperwork to prove it and they gave 2 different quotes and diagnosis’s once they realized my brakes were under warranty. Plus they have me paying for a pre- owned certified car that was never certified thru GM or Tim Lally. They are liars and falsify documents to get a sale. They took advantage of my situation. I filed a complaint with the Better business bureau and they still haven’t replied to the complaint. My next step is to call the news. Show my documents which doesn’t follow up with what I’m paying for. Don’t trust them. Make sure you check your documents very Good before driving off. Especially for a pre-owned certified car. More
