Not a trustworthy company I purchased a vehicle almost 7 months ago. They sold me a 2012 Chevy Malibu and said it was pre-owned certifies. Since I had it I had nothing but susp I purchased a vehicle almost 7 months ago. They sold me a 2012 Chevy Malibu and said it was pre-owned certifies. Since I had it I had nothing but suspension issues with it and now my coolant is leaking. Brakes are warped. They first told me my brakes was messed up. Until they found out my warranty covered the brake systems. They didn’t want to fix them. So when I went back to get them fixed. They said they were new. I have the paperwork to prove it and they gave 2 different quotes and diagnosis’s once they realized my brakes were under warranty. Plus they have me paying for a pre- owned certified car that was never certified thru GM or Tim Lally. They are liars and falsify documents to get a sale. They took advantage of my situation. I filed a complaint with the Better business bureau and they still haven’t replied to the complaint. My next step is to call the news. Show my documents which doesn’t follow up with what I’m paying for. Don’t trust them. Make sure you check your documents very Good before driving off. Especially for a pre-owned certified car. More

Better experience I switched sales agents to Ms. Brenda and she was able to get the deal done in a day. She waited with me until the end of the process even though it w I switched sales agents to Ms. Brenda and she was able to get the deal done in a day. She waited with me until the end of the process even though it was 2.5 hours pass closing time. While I was signing documents she cleared out the trunk of my old car. Very positive experience working with Ms. Brenda & the finance manager Jim. Great combo! This is my 2nd car with Tim Lally and a much better experience More
