Brenda, Curtis, Boone, Jim Z, Quintin, Cashmere, Greeters... My 2006 HHR was in sore need of repair. I was stuck with the outlook sinking my funds into a 10-yr old vehicle, 3 mi. from turn-over. It was a blessing for that time and had served me well. I love Chevy as a brand (previous Malibu owner). Their accolades are well-deserved (this is was first time was having to make major repairs). I asked for honest advice so that I could investigate my options. Curtis did my diagnostic and went over all the details and did just that. He suggested I investigate my trade options. I completed an online form and Brenda Milliner reached out to me. I WAS VERY APPRENHENSIVE! I was in a poor credit situation and had been burned before. My last car buying experience was horrible. Thereafter I hit a couple of potholes on life road. Brenda listened to my concerns and my wants and needs regarding a new vehicle. She let me know what I would need to do get the ball rolling. I stalled... scared out of my wits. So I prayed and made a move. I filled out the easy application and Brenda and Boone WENT TO WORK on my behalf. What DID NOT Happen: I didn't sit at the dealership all day. I wasn't made to feel less because of credit history. I didn't have to worry that someone was trying game me to make a sale and pressure me into a payment I couldn't afford. What did happen: I was respectfully considered and my financial abilities evaluated honestly. I came away with a great new 2017 Cruze! Jim Z went over every number twice, answered all questions, and thoroughly explained details. He explained purchase details in a 'regular' person way, which helped me feel more confident about my decision to upgrade. I cried (yeah, really.) From Service to Sales, EVERYONE was very pleasant, patient and upfront with me. I knew what I was getting from every direction. I drove away feeling blessed from above though... Thank you again! More
