I was greeted by Will when I arrived. Absolutely no pressure to look at cars, he was upfront and honest about what needed to be done with the car I had liked upon arrival. My shop found a few things that they recommended being fixed before purchasing. Nathan and Will were receptive to the pre inspection findings and had their shop start working on the few concerns without any hesitation. Following week, the car was ready and I was able to test drive and see the difference. They put the car back up on the lift without any hassle. Very transparent, very honest and up front. Great customer service and I am happy to have purchased my suv from them.
