Tom Gill Chevrolet

My husband and I recently started the process of figuring out what vehicle we wanted to get for our daughter to learn to drive on and then have once licensed. We knew were would be purchasing the vehicle fro out what vehicle we wanted to get for our daughter to learn to drive on and then have once licensed. We knew were would be purchasing the vehicle from Tom Gill Chevrolet based on my past experience buying a vehicle in 2023, using their Service Department, and Collision Center, but knew we would need a little help making the final decision. After doing a little research ourselves, we reached out to Tom Gill through the website and were able to schedule an appointment with Jessika on Friday afternoon. Once we arrived at Tom Gill, we were greeted as we walked through the door and then helped to Jessika’s office. She immediately made us feel welcome and started asking questions to find out our specific needs and along with our ideas. She ended up having an idea for us that we did not know about because she listened to what we wanted and worked her magic to provide us with an opportunity. She was able to find the two models we had in mind for our daughter and I was able to test drive them both to make the decision on which one we thought would be best for our daughter. The specific trim package and vehicle of the Trailblazer we needed was not onsite while we were testing driving the vehicles, but once we made our mind up, Jessika and her team were able to work more magic and have it arrive before we were leaving for the day. We were able to leave with the Trailblazer and surprise our daughter that evening. I am excited as well because I’m going to be driving the vehicle until it officially becomes my daughter’s in the future. Jessika explained and went over all of the paperwork as well and answered my questions when I was trying to make sure I had it all correct in my head. Jessika and her team were amazing and helped my husband and me tackle one more parenting milestone. I know we will be back at Tom Gill the next time we need to purchase a vehicle and hopefully will be able to work with Jessika again. I have now purchased 2 vehicles from them and have no complaints.
