My Wife and I Love our used 2017 Sierra Truck and the easy process to purchase from this Dealership. Noticed we were Charged for LuxCare product for our used truck. Were told this would be applied ASAP. easy process to purchase from this Dealership. Noticed we were Charged for LuxCare product for our used truck. Were told this would be applied ASAP. After 3 weeks of zero calls from dealership, I called them. Then the run around started. Very poor and sad customer service and follow up. Get this!! I was told by my salesman and sales manager I will be still be charged for this service without having it actually applied. Win Win for the dealership, very bad for us, $800 poofed. I will NEVER send or promote this local dealership to anyone, in fact, I will go out of my way to inform everyone I can they scam, rip people off. Totally disgusted!!!!!! More
