Steve took the time to answer all of our questions in timely fashion (sometimes answering the same questions for my husband that I had just asked him on the phone) and even made a video of the car to show our daughter. Steve made sure the paperwork was prepared before we arrived. I test drove the car, signed the paperwork, and was back on the road in 45 minutes. This was by far the easiest car purchase we've made.
