Who knew buying a car was this easy! I came into Tom Gill Chevrolet to look at a Ford Expedition that I had seen on there website. I walked in Tom Gill around 7:15 pm on a Monday night.(T I came into Tom Gill Chevrolet to look at a Ford Expedition that I had seen on there website. I walked in Tom Gill around 7:15 pm on a Monday night.(The dealership closed at 8:00 pm) Even though I was there late and they were about to close our salesman Zac answered all of my questions and arranged for my wife and I to test drive the vehicle. Although we wasn’t able to wrap up our deal that night Zac arranged for us to do an overnight test drive with the vehicle. This was nice because we were able to really look the vehicle over and drive it around town to make sure this was the one we wanted. The next day we had an appointment set for 6:00 pm to return to the dealership and finish the deal. After coming to an agreement on the price and monthly payment Zac was able to get all the paperwork done, and the vehicle cleaned up and delivered to us at about 8:15 pm. The overall experience was nice and easy and our sales guy Zac was awesome. He really seemed like our happiness was his number 1 goal and definitely earned our business on that visit and I will definitely be going back to Tom Gill for future car/truck purchases. More

We sat down with Chris Roderick and from the get go, he treated us as if we were there to buy a brand new Corvette even though we were just looking to spend a few thousand dollars. He was very attentive, showed us everything they had on site that fit our wishes, and went over all the details with us. Chris spent 3 days communicating the status of different vehicle with us, even on his off day, he hooked us up with a trusted cohort, Dan Anderschat, who was equally a pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about their inventory. Long story short, we felt so spoiled by Chris and Dan's treatment, we have decided to finance and purchase a vehicle from Tom Gill. I mentioned that i only had 45 minuites before i had somewhere else to be. She asked what i was looking for in a vehicle. I responded with the 5 needed features that were important to me in a truck, and that every other feature or option meant nothing to me. and she listened. She went into the building, and returned with information on a vehicle that had excactly what i was looking for. It was not preowned, but a leftover new model from 2017. She showed it to me and i liked it. Since i did not have much time, but i was curious about numbers and price, she set a timer on her phone so that i could leave at the time i needed to. I appreciated that. So i returned the next day, after thinking things over. I knew what i wanted, and what i wanted to pay. My time is important, and I dident want to spend all day. Either we work a deal, or we are wasting each others time. She understood that, and she made it happen. We only went back and forth on price twice, then shook hands on a deal. I told cheri how much i detest the typical car sales tactics, the time wasted, the haggling over price, the bait and switch. And how she was so much nicer to deal with. Im happy with my experience.
