Almost perfect I came to Tom Gill only bc I trust Stacy in finance with everything. I’ve known her forever..I made it clear only wanting to work with her... After Demoore was amazing and went to get every car I wanted to see, I was forced to work with Dan in finance. I’m not sure why I couldn’t choose to work with who I trust on my paperwork. After leaving the dealer Stacy had to then make corrections and fix things missed. My smart pay was set up yet Dan never took my bank info for payment to be withdrawn for example. My salesperson, Elisha Marcus, and the rest of the staff made the buying experience friendly and hassle free. The staff is straight forward, helpful, and honest. It took me a few days to be ready and to decide to purchase a new vehicle. The sales team did not bug me constantly with phone calls or emails every other hour. They waited until I was ready. The only small complaint that I have was that the inside of my new truck was not the cleanest. However the service department was closed when I purchase it. More
