I pretty much had my price down before I went to the dealership & checked out the 2017 Cruze Hatchback. Scott went with me on the test drive & was very helpful in letting me drive on the highway & local roads. I was impressed with Scott's knowledge of the car and the different accessories and how to locate them, since it was different than my former vehicle. Scott was very personable and made me feel like I really counted as a person and customer. The follow through to the final purchase went smoothly with no hassles. I had been dealing with another dealership and kept getting the run around on price and extras. I would recommend Scott Philbrook to anyone who is looking for a car & a great experience.
