Top of the Line Customer Service We just stopped at Tom Gill Chevrolet to look at a few cars and to decide what my next car would be. We have a 2002 Monte Carlo that we bought from To We just stopped at Tom Gill Chevrolet to look at a few cars and to decide what my next car would be. We have a 2002 Monte Carlo that we bought from Tom Gill back in '02. It's been a great car and if Chevrolet still made the Monte Carlo, no doubt it would be my next car. We also have a 2007 Malibu, a 2008 Impala and a 1993 S10. We were met on the lot by a young man named Chaz Reed. He was very friendly, and explained how the system worked since we had not been to Tom Gill in many years. He let me drive several cars and took a lot of time sitting and talking about the differences between makes and models, buying and leasing, things we had not yet considered. Most importantly, he listened. He listened and he wrote down everything I wanted in a car. My color preference, mileage (I drove over 90 miles a day) comfort, dependability, little extras that make driving more pleasant when you spend a lot of time in a car. He also took into consideration that I don't drive a car for a year or two and then get something else. I want something that is comfortable to drive, something that looks nice, (he could not convince me that I wanted a black car with a brown interior, it just wouldn't match my shoes!) With the help of a Manager named Falicia Ellis, we managed to work out a great deal, they took my Impala as a trade-in without even seeing it and let me drive home in a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruz. It fits me to a T (and it even matches my shoes) Chaz has not been with Tom Gill in Florence long, but with his knowledge, attitude, friendliness and his wonderful personality thrown in, I expect he will go far. I would highly recommend Tom Gill Chevrolet, and especially a great team like Chaz and Falicia. They are the best! More
