Great Buying Experience! Brandi Martinez put up with me for almost 4 hours, going over the top to find the 2015 Malibu that I wanted and then locking-up the deal. All that was left to do was to get my new Malibu transferred to Tom Gill Chevy from Indianapolis, but that fell apart for reasons that were out of Tom Gill's hands. They ended-up putting me in a new Impala, with all the options I wanted, at the same price as the Mailbu! Brandi is detail oriented, very knowledgeable, very patient, and makes sure that her customer understands what she's doing the whole way. Come delivery time she spent about a half hour in the car with me, pairing my phone to the "Infotainment System," setting-up OnStar and the SeriusXM radio, and showing me how to use all of the bells & whistles in this car. Ask for her by name, and if she's out that day, find out when she'll be back and wait until then - you'll be glad you did. Susan Clarke wrapped-up the business-end of my purchase. She knew what she was doing, explained what she was doing and what it was that I was signing, explained the purpose of all of the documents, was patient when I asked questions or read some of the fine print, and is quite capable dealing with an ornery computer that doesn't always want to compute :) And she took extra time to make sure that I was aware of all of the long-term advantages (including a free set of new tires down the road) of letting Tom Gill's service department take care of the Impala's scheduled maintenance. Thanks for an easy puchase I was very impressed with this dealership the first thing they do when you walk in the door is introduce themselves and offered you a beverage. Maria is the nice lady I got to deal with she was great I told her what I was looking for and she made a list in no time. We went to the lot and test drove a car and then did some more browsing so wasn't pushy or anything and went to every car that caught my eye and told me about them, she was very helpful and had a great since of humor and was just great to be around. When we went back to financing she went to put on the temp license plate, even though they closed an hour after we got done signing papers she stayed to help me setup Bluetooth on the car and pointed out some other things that I had questions, she would not leave with out all of my questions being answered loved dealing with maria and would definitely recommend people to her. The other person I would like to give some credit to is laron our finance guy he explained all the paper work to me and would not move on to next one till I fully understood every piece of paper I was signing, he was very honest about the gap insurance and the protective services and also was very helpful. Over the course of 2 days, I spent 5-6 hours waiting (just waiting) for the finance dept in order to fill out my financing paperwork. The actual paperwork took 10 minutes to complete. Again, that was 5-6 hours over the course of 2 days to fill out 10 minutes worth of paperwork - that's excessive. More
