Our apologies to this customer. It was never our intent to be rude by not introducing ourselves before the appraisal. We do have 20 sales professionals and appraise a lot of vehicles. Once we are given permission to appraise the car and given the key we try to expedite the appraisal in a timely manner. As far as the deal goes, we are a volume dealer (#1 in St Louis since 2007) and if the deal made any business sense at all we would have said yes. We also apologize about our newest salewoman who did not have all the answers that were necessary. She does not know everything yet but what she does not know she makes up for in kindness and caring. We do apologize for any slights this customer may have felt and will as always try to impove.
