Service department charged $89.95 for false diagnosis. Charged for diagnostic fee of $89.95 for them to pull inactive codes. Tried to sell me roughly $650.00 worth of service work my vehicle did not need. Charged for diagnostic fee of $89.95 for them to pull inactive codes. Tried to sell me roughly $650.00 worth of service work my vehicle did not need. I declined after repeatedly asking them what they did to diagnose the check engine light. I was told several times they ran tests on my coils and that was the issue. They never mentioned the other active codes. Went to Auto Zone where they ran the same codes that Pappas ran. (They never even cleared the inactive codes) After seeing the active code for the Mass Air Flow Sensor I Baugh a $9.00 can of cleaner and within 20min had the issue fixed. Called Pappas back several times. Got hung up on, blown off, and lied to. Additionally I was told by my service writer that Mass Air Flow Sensors did not go bad in Toyotas. This place is a joke! Thanks for wasting my time and money. More

Everyone was very nice, welcoming, warm and friendly. Mike Pappas was excellent to work with, very accommodating and answered all my questions. Nick in Finance and Bryan our Delivery guy did great jobs as well. I feel like I got a good deal. I feel like they were fair on the vehicle I bought and fair on my trade in. I will admit, I was quite concerned walking in the door of the big fancy dealership, but after going through the entire buying process and feeling comfortable about it. I don't have any problem referring any friends or family looking for a vehicle to them. I will go back again next time I'm in the market for a vehicle. Thanks everyone! -Scott More

It was the the best experience ever from calling/walking in the door to the last piece of paperwork signed. Fergy (Ryan Ferguson) was extremely professional through out the entire experience as well as being one of the most knowledgeable salesmen I have ever dealt with. Mike Weaver is hands down the most knowledgeable finance manager (as well as loving his job and having fun while doing it!!) we have ever dealt with. Autumn explained how the nav worked as well as everything else in the vehicle and she really knows these cars inside and out. Not ONE problem. We will def go back for future vehicles. Thanks Ryan, Mike, Autumn, and Pappas for a great experience all around!! More

Nice facility. Poor product knowledge. Rude Sales managers I recently went to Pappas Toyota to test drive a used truck. The saleswoman I worked with (name escapes me) was very nice and had good customer servic I recently went to Pappas Toyota to test drive a used truck. The saleswoman I worked with (name escapes me) was very nice and had good customer service skills. She did not have any knowledge of the vehicles that she was trying to sell. I asked several questions about the history of the vehicle and asked if the timing belt was changed. The reply I received was, "well, they should have checked that when the truck was brought in". That was a poor attempt at putting someone at ease with no knowledge of the significance and importance of the maintenance of this belt. I was asked if I wanted my vehicle appraised for trade-in. Sure, why not? What can it hurt? She took my keys, gave them to another guy (sales manager?) and he walked right out and got into my car and drove away. He did not come up and introduce himself, he did not say a word. I think it would be common courtesy to introduce yourself to someone before you drive their car. I would sure like to meet a person before they drive mine. The pricing was high, but that was not a huge problem to me because customers cannot always gauge demand of a vehicle. It was about $3500 over blue book and I was told the internet and phone traffic of this vehicle was so high that they were raising the price $1000 that evening. I also looked at a 4runner for a potential 3rd vehicle. The internet add showed 196,000 miles and the price was 7500, (a little high, no big deal). I found out when I arrived that the vehicle actually had 262,000 miles for 7500. The used vehicles are overpriced, I honestly cannot comment on the new vehicles. I apologize for not having names, but I also didn't plan on having a bad experience. I will not do business with them in the future, nor will I recommend anyone to them. More
