Pleasant Purchase Experience We were at the Pappas dealership for an oil change on our 2015 Highlander but while we were waiting we wound up purchasing a 2019 Toyota Highlander. W We were at the Pappas dealership for an oil change on our 2015 Highlander but while we were waiting we wound up purchasing a 2019 Toyota Highlander. We met and worked with Barry Brash who was quite knowledgeable on the Toyota products. Beside being knowledgeable he was very friendly and humorous. He presented us with our options for buying new versus pre-owned and did not pressure us to buy which made it a very pleasant experience. More

Dave explains the work being performed in great detail. My front brake caliper rusted off after 16 months. Even though it was past the 12 month warranty Pappas paid for the new part. Dave was very helpful in explaining to me how the part worked and why it was a part issue and not something like the installation of new tires that I had done several weeks before. I appreciated the time he spent helping me understand the issue. More

Excellent service! I took my Highlander in for a routine oil change and first of all, Chris Bank greeted me at the desk with such professionalism and was very courteous! I took my Highlander in for a routine oil change and first of all, Chris Bank greeted me at the desk with such professionalism and was very courteous! He mentioned it would take about an hour and it only took around 20 minutes! I also asked about a letter I had received through Toyota and he looked into the matter even further, which he did on his own! This is always a pleasant experience at this dealership!! More
