The 90 minute recall fix took over 3.5 hours. The app that marks the progress didn’t work. When we got home and parked in the garage, the garage filled with a gas smell that we weren’t warned about. The service is always good, but the wait this time was well over 3 hours. Granted there’s a holiday coming up, but 3.5 hours is a long wait for an oil change and tire rotation.
