Fantastic Service Tom Wood Subaru provided me with fantastic service regarding my 2015 Impreza Sport. While still under warranty, they correctly diagnosed and then rep Tom Wood Subaru provided me with fantastic service regarding my 2015 Impreza Sport. While still under warranty, they correctly diagnosed and then repaired a serious malfunction in my manual transmission. It was so extensive that they took apart the entire transmission. They provided me with an Outback loaner car and went to work on it immediately. I had been to another local dealership where I bought my car and was told that nothing was wrong. The Tom Wood personnel (especially Victor Gutierrez, Service Consultant) were amazing and easy to talk to and helpful throughout the entire process. They are the best! More
