Supportive, fun, continues to assist in my efforts to learn the technology of operating my new vehicle, especially being electric. It has been a positive experience to deal with all of the staff as I hav learn the technology of operating my new vehicle, especially being electric. It has been a positive experience to deal with all of the staff as I have been in several times with questions. The process of purchasing said vehicle was a simple and pleasant experience unlike the old days. 18 years ago it took 7 hours. This time from the test drive on took 2 hours. Thank you!!!!!! More

The woman at the service desk was great, very polite. But the man who was at the service desk was using the office off to the side for several scary phone calls in which he screamed and dropped the f wor But the man who was at the service desk was using the office off to the side for several scary phone calls in which he screamed and dropped the f word at least ten times in one convo. I could hear him when I came in the service entrance, and when I sat in the waiting area more than 30 feet away from his closed door while I got oil change/tire rotaion - he clearly thought the room would block sound better, or he just didn't care. It was actually really scary rage, and if I had been able to reschedule I would have run from that anger. I felt so so bad for the woman at the desk who clearly had no choice but to pretend it wasn't happening. It was actually a little creepy that when he came out of the room he was so polite. Then, even though I thought I had until November 1 to get my final free oil change (I got the package when I bought my car for free oil changes up until 3 years or 30k miles, and 3 years would have been nov 1 and im only at 25k) the system wouldn't allow it which was incredibly disappointing. Overall, scary, uncomfortable, won't be coming back here. More
