The mechanic found a mouse nest in the cabin filter and blower. Joe explained what would be needed and the cost to make such repairs. I of course opted for repair. While waiting, Torrington Toyota salesman Randy Klonowski stopped to say hello. I have dealt with Randy on two purchases and have always been completely satisfied and enjoyed our conversation.
