Our sales staff is professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly in ways that make you feel just like family. SERVICE/PARTS/BODY SHOP:
Our Technicians are ASE and hybrid certified master technicians. Mickey Blank, the Service Director of Operations, will ensure that our technicians are providing the most quality work, in a timely fashion. Nick Urso is our assistant service managers with many years of technical experience and customer service. For your convenience, our service center offers Saturday hours, along with comfortable waiting areas, coffee, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, magazines and newspapers. If you don’t want to wait for your vehicle, we offer discounted rental cars for minor needs and free loaners for major services!
Our Parts department, which is also open Saturdays, has a full line of Toyota Accessories available.
Our body shop is insurance company recommended and approved. We will handle the entire process for a stress free body shop experience. Free body shop estimates are available. We have renovated the Auto Body Shop, which is now located across the street at the Used Car Building. Our family's 5th car We leased a 2018 RAV4 Hybrid two weeks ago. We love the car (as we have loved all our Toyotas). Torrington Toyota Service and Sales Department. Had a road noise that was getting worse. Service manager, Vance recommended a road test with one of the technicians. Went out with Dave and he recognized the problem right away. They scheduled service the next day and gave me a loaner car to use. Needed new wheel bearings and the related problems. Vance called me to explain the problem and to get approval for the work. They completed the work in a reasonable time. Vance went through the invoice and all that was done to my Toyota. I have been dealing with Torrington Toyota for many years. I have never been let down by the service department. The Sale department is also excellent. I survived unscathed! I had no problem with having my questions answered by Randy. and I thought he went out of his way, to accomodate me, with a time I could pick up my ca I had no problem with having my questions answered by Randy. and I thought he went out of his way, to accomodate me, with a time I could pick up my car. He didn't rush me through all the bells and whistles-he spent a lot of time going over everything. And I found it rather nice that David didn't try selling me extra coverage that really wouldn't have helped me. It was one of the rare times I didn't feel pressured. Lastly, I couln't help eavesdropping, while having my paperwork done...and even that was entertaining! More
