My wife and I were in the market for a new Gladiator High Altitude and shopped several different dealers but none had exactly what we were looking for and almost gave up. When we arrived we were welcomed by Patrick in the preowned department. We had ended up in the wrong area of the dealership but he was nice enough to walk us over to the new car side and showed us the Gladiators that he had that matched exactly what we were looking for. Once we found the one for us he took us on a test drive. A test drive can be stressful as your driving a car that's not yours. Patrick told us to drive it as we would our own car, that it was a test drive, not a driving test. When we got back to the dealership we sat down and went over numbers and both Patrick and management made the deal work for us and we drove it home the very next day. More
