My vehicle has no sound, at all. I made the salesman aware of that and he said "let me look into it" and never called me back. A week later, I went to the dealership to have someone look at it and the saleman said that the mechanics were gone for the day. After that, the saleman refused to answer my text messages. I called the dealership and requested to speak to a general manager and the guy who answered was eagered to tranfer me to the first person he could. Didnt want to hear me out or look into my concern. Manager transferred me to a sales guy (different sales guy) and he said that he could book me an appointment to come in and talk about my concerns but at the current time he had a customer and he hated to make them wait!!!!! On top of that, my $6000 down payment was not credited on the purchase of my vehivle so the bank is charging me for the full amount! As of 10/26/23, i have received no call back, no response on anything. I have another meeting to see the dealership on Saturday at 10am. Who im going to see? No one told me. I know that when i show up on Saturday theyre all gonna look at me saying "I dont show any appointment for you today" and im gonna be right back to square one.
