I Purchased a new car I noticed some things that needed to be addressed such as: First I took off from early for two days I was told my vehicle had a recall so I made arrangement to get a rental which was to be addressed such as: First I took off from early for two days I was told my vehicle had a recall so I made arrangement to get a rental which was false, sunroof had greasy marks on it. I was sent to body shop for the greasy print the guy from body shop stated it was service dept where I needed to go. Secondly my display panel is damaged and the service dept advisor Jonathan Spence Smith has yet notified me of an update of the part it’s been since September before my first payment was due I’m having issues. The service manager stated a salesperson from service would call me to give a discount on accessories I wanted never received a call or email, I spoke with General Manage to assist with my issues he called Ashley customer relation associate to assist and it seems like someone dropped the ball. My Sales person Alex Jimenez called me on my Birthday I ask to do follow up never heard a word back from him either. I will not recommend anyone to this location customer service I thought was not as I expected. Thank you More

Louis Jimenez is the guy to go to when purchasing a vehicle. only guy who took me seriously when i went in and said i wanted to purchase a vehicle. straight forward and genuinely cares to get you in th vehicle. only guy who took me seriously when i went in and said i wanted to purchase a vehicle. straight forward and genuinely cares to get you in the correct vehicle. James the service manager on the other hand, tread carefully with him. he will smile to your face but if you upset him he will be extremely brief and cold towards you. Jason has been an absolute pleasure to deal with alongside Louis. He is a dang good salesman that will make sure that both you and your investment of a new vehicle are properly taken care of. Listen to what he has to say because he won't tell you about it if you didn't need it. Overall great experience. alot better than the last one I had a couple years back. I hope Louis doesn't go anywhere and they do what they can to keep him around. definitely a great asset to the team. Jason... yeah no doubt he's not going anywhere. James on the other hand, either he takes a few customer service classes or perhaps yall could do without him LOL. More
