Both salesmen were professional, courteous and understood what we wanted. Zero pressure from them regarding the sale. Sales manager was easy to deal with, they gave me what I wanted for my trade in, and ev what we wanted. Zero pressure from them regarding the sale. Financing was easy and fast - from the time we arrived to pick up the vehicle to the time we left was approximately 90 minutes. Super happy that we bought from them. More

Toyota Direct used shady and possibly illegal tactics when I bought my car. They bait-and-switched the vehicle I wanted, gave false information (including the wrong VIN), and hard-pulled my credit withou when I bought my car. They bait-and-switched the vehicle I wanted, gave false information (including the wrong VIN), and hard-pulled my credit without consent—illegal in Ohio. When they had to fix their own mistakes, they complained about working on a Sunday. I’m telling friends family and fellow active duty service members to avoid this place! More
