Jake provided good commuication to me regarding the status of the radio issue in my Rav4. I have been to this dealership twice now and both times I have left feeling like I was spoken to like I’m an idiot or something. The first time I came in with a concern because I was getting a warning that s have left feeling like I was spoken to like I’m an idiot or something. The first time I came in with a concern because I was getting a warning that said Voltage Abnormality Steering Power Low. When I spoke with the employee, he asked me if I made that up. Why would I make that up? The second time recently I came in with concerns over a clicking sound in my AC. I was told I would be contacted and updated at specific times, but I had to reach out on my own to get any information. Also, no one was able to provide any clarity on the sound and told me that I need to just keep an eye on it. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a girl or what, but I bought this car independently and am doing my best to take care of it. I would appreciate being treated like a grown up. More
