I was surprised that my final service was only a tire rotation and not an oil change. The service person said “ oh you get 5 services - not necessarily an oil change!” I guess I needed to pay better at rotation and not an oil change. She didn’t explain the maintenance items clearly to me, and I didn’t hear it. But she claims she did, even though she never asked me to confirm or agree. When I booked online, it clearly said only tire rot and I didn’t hear it. But she claims she did, even though she never asked me to confirm or agree. When I booked online, it clearly said only tire rotation, but she added a bunch of services I didn’t want. I’m very upset. This was a terrible experience. I just moved to Columbus, and this was my first time at this shop—and it will also be the last. I’d rather go somewhere farther away. More

We owned RAV4 and Highlander that were bought and serviced at Toyota Direct. As we upgraded our garage to Lexuses, we are still bringing them to Toyota Direct for oil changes. Great job !!
