They didn’t put the hubcaps back on my car properly on two tires after a tire rotation that took an hour longer than they told me it would take. I’m lucky that I didn’t lose either of them. Claims there is no leak in the tire however the one tire pressure was 2-3 PSI lower than the other 3 despite toyota direct being the last people to fill them. They could not adequatly explain why aside from pressure was 2-3 PSI lower than the other 3 despite toyota direct being the last people to fill them. They could not adequatly explain why aside from 'We couldn't find a leak so you're good to go'. The sensor in the car is already reading the tire as 1-2 PSI lower when the car is started, but at the tires heat up the come back together, so I believe a leak is still present. I explicitly came it telling them to replace the tire, so I will be very frustrated when I have to return in a month as the PSI continues to drop lower. Don't get me wrong the service rep was very polite about it. However I believe the team failed to do their job. More
