I had two of your phone reps call at two different times to make a service appointment. Both times I specifically questioned them if it were still a covered service appointments and they both assured me tha to make a service appointment. I had 1,500 miles to go before the mileage suggested I needed an oil change, but figured I better get the service appointment completed before the 24 month/24k miles ran out. I made the appointment and upon driving in, the service rep looked my car up and said that I was out of coverage (past 24 months), so this was at my cost. My question is: if your service rep immediately knew that, why did two of your phone reps not know that? This speaks to your integrity in my mind. Can I trust you in the future? I would not have paid for a service appointment for another 1,500 miles if I knew it was at my cost. Then the oil change took 2+ hours to complete. More
My experience with the dealership here in Denver was less than stellar, but Ron Susi in Columbus was super. He was attentive to all my requests and getting to meet him in person was a pleasure. I was disappointed with my experiences in other dealerships and other retail stores. But that was not the case with Toyota Direct and Ron, my salesperson, and Brandon in finance. I was nervous getting a new car to begin with and add to that getting a new car out of state, Ron made it a pleasure and made me feel as though I was making a good decision. Part of getting a new vehicle is being happy with that decision when you drive away. So, thanks again. Ron, glad you were my salesperson. More
