they pretend to be a class A dealership but underneath they're viscous sharks. I'd took my high milage Toyota in for service they charged me a lot of money returned my vehicle with damaged parts this dea they're viscous sharks. Susan fisher is a top rate sales person . Dhe helped us take my husbands name off our lease which wasn’t up for two more years. We ordered a new Rav 4 which is being built April 12. I bought a Toyota Camry 3 years ago. Although many of the employees are very nice, their business practices force me to give them a very poor rating.I bought the extended warranty for ab Although many of the employees are very nice, their business practices force me to give them a very poor rating.I bought the extended warranty for about $1500 which was completely worthless. The latest example (4 bad experiences so far) was that I had a problem with my windshield wipers and they wanted to charge me $135 to diagnose. I declined to authorize that expense. Later someone looked at it and told me a part was broken which would cost me $182 to have them fix. No thanks. I took it to another mechanic who wiggled the wiper arm and it has worked perfectly ever since. Every visit to their service department seemed to be an opportunity for them to charge me for something I didn't need or that should have been covered under warrantee. More
Wow… I don’t even know where to begin with this dealership… I have been looking for a Toyota Sienna for months and I called in one day and talked to Susan Fisher she said to stay in touch with her dealership… I have been looking for a Toyota Sienna for months and I called in one day and talked to Susan Fisher she said to stay in touch with her and she would help me allocate a van for me… so I put a deposit down to “reserve” the van.. great… i was originally going to include my vehicle for trade in… not after they tried to lowball me on my vehicle for 18k… and I then sold it through another company for 24,500… so no thanks not gonna accept your lowball offer on my vehicle..I let her know the trade in was no longer in the deal and I just wanted the van.. We are now less than 24 hours for me to go pick up the van And they told Me the deal was off now because I wasn’t including my trade in… what?!?! So the sales manager backed out of the deal and decided not to sell me my van I put a deposit down on because they wanted make more money off someone with a trade in… I’m a mom of 3 and now without a vehicle to get them to and from places for however long because this dealership took the van I reserved right out under of me.. Oh and to top it off they wouldn’t let me use my own financial institution to finance the van I had to use their financing… More
if I could give them a negative 10 stars I would. Bought a Tacoma from this dealer that was supposed to be a 2019 truck, after paying off the financing from the bank, I get a title that says it is a Bought a Tacoma from this dealer that was supposed to be a 2019 truck, after paying off the financing from the bank, I get a title that says it is a 2018 model. when I try to call them to fix it, not only is it hard to contact Joey their relation person, to fix the problem, good luck with her also returning your call. My salesman Tommy was excellent. Went out of his way to work with me. But when it came time to do my paperwork, John Smith was rude and didn't act like he wanted to be there. If it wasn't so hard to fi work with me. But when it came time to do my paperwork, John Smith was rude and didn't act like he wanted to be there. If it wasn't so hard to find a vehicle right I would of walked and also if I wouldn't of drove almost 4 hours to get there. My salesman was terrific but i highly recommending don't use John Smith for financial. You'll be very disappointed. More
